If you experience any problems with our equipment after our center is closed, we offer a voice messaging system for you to explain your situation. Service technicians are computer dispatched using ADS (Automated Dispatch System) to provide quick response to customer concerns. Field service technicians are backed up by Canon Business Solutions and Canon U.S.A. technical support personnel, extensive training by Canon and Canon Certified Trainers, and complete parts inventory. Canon Business Solutions service representatives travel with an extensive parts inventory, enabling them to complete more than 90 percent of all calls that require parts on the first visit.
